Unit now shows placed at NLR. It might become a patched UP 86XX series.

There seem sto be some small lettering under the number on the cab, might belong to a leasing outfit.

nope, as per many of the former SSW awnd DRGW units repainted into Speed Lettering in the early 90's, a small all caps "SSW" or "DRGW" was at first applied to these units right under the cab side large numbers. Around '95 or '96 thjis stopepd since it was confusing with crews not knowing if they should call their unit (in this case) DRGW5368 or the actual new call number SP5368. Of interest is the specific SSW/DRGW repainted speed lettered diesel classes thaqt got the small initials under their can numbers. I have seen Cotton Belt GP40R's, B30-7's, and Rio Grande GP40 (the one) plus SD40T-2's and SD50's. Here is a brief list of these guys:
