Monday, September 12 will see both railroad shows making their next jumps.

BLUE UNIT - 134th Edition - 58 double-length cars:
Des Moines IA to Grand Rapids MI. RR routing unknown.

RED UNIT - 135th Edition - 56 double-length cars:
Portland OR to Everett WA. RR routing unknown.

I have it on unoffical word that the Blue Unit will head east on UP and scheduled through Clinton, IA at 1400 hrs on Mon 9/12/05 with an estimated arrival into Chicago 2000 hrs on 9/12.

That would likely put them into Grand Rapids some time on Tuesday, the 13th - if they face any substantial commuter rail traffic and/or freight delays in the Chicago area, enroute.....

A 58-car [passenger] train is a mighty long train, on any railroad!

Any idea of the lead unit's number on the Red unit train? And/or where it was last spotted?
