Summers around Kamloops BC see Ex CN2141 work on behalf of the Kamloops Heritage Railway. Their website shows the schedules.

The crew keep the locomotive and coaches in great condition. If you are in the area, trips are usually in the evening, with specials during the Holiday seasons.

1. CN 2141 is ready to load on a peaceful summer evening in August 2012
2. The crew has positioned the tank car (fuel storage) for one of the periodic deliveries. The car will be switched back to a shop track prior to train departure.
3. During a trip to the West from Kamloops, 2141 has taken a siding to allow the Rocky Mountaineer train from Vancouver to head into the station for unloading.

This is a fun event, especially with the open coaches.
