Steam & Excursion > MCRM Snow Train 2013

On Feb 15-16-17, 2013, MidContinent RR Museum in North Freedom, WI held their annual Snow Train event. While steam locomotives are still down for FRA repairs, MCRY 7 (ALCO) and MCRY 1256 (Baldwin) diesel-electrics pulled the (2) trains. One train was an all-passenger consist of steel cars, and the other train was a mixed freight. Here are some photos from Feb 17 2013.

Well if there's no steam, at least there's snow.

That Soo Line car is very handsome.
