This is a very late reply. Rich was a good friend of mine for many years; to my knowledge, the only book he was ever involved in was the Pictorial
Suppliment of the Denver, South Park and Pacific. He was picked as a "Classic Photographer" by TRAINS or Classic Trains and did a little article for
them, but there was nothing else. I think you are looking for something that did not exist. This is probably why you had no response to your question.

 Uncle Dick was the author of a book (Favorite Photos of  my Mine, or close to that title) that was published in the U.K. I have a copy, but can not put my hands on the book right now. wag216
