Bill met her in LR and took a short ride across town in #99 with his wife. No cab ride for Bill. Photo if this car by RJ McKay is attached. Bill Clinton ringing a bell mounted on a speaker's platform at the dedication ceremonies for the opening of the then new Jenks Shop in North Little Rock.
