Your usual good work. Love to here that steam work hard, but that whistle needs a tune up. Is it original?

463's single note hoot has been with the engine since the 1930's.  It was a standard D&RG freight whistle.  Way back then all the freight power had hoots and the passenger engines had three or five chime whistles.

When 463 was running back in the 90's her whistle sounded much better.  Somebody hs messed with it and screwed it up.
