My GUESS as a railfan is that it could be Minimum of 3 HOURS and change from WISHRAM CELIO BRIDGE to MADRAS.
This is considering the rather HOT weather with some weather related additional speed restrictions.
1:05PM plus 3 hours would be 4PM approx for MADRAS OR at approx 4PM ish
