Thanks to you folks at Wasatch for your constant effort to present the history of steam to the world.
Unfortunately at that time I will be in a dentists chair in Fort Collins or I would stop over to visit.
Have a great day.

My wife and I visited there 2 weeks ago to see "The Mighty Big Boy", we were not disappointed. We were very impressed with the restoration of 4004 and the park in general which provided a place to pause and reflect on our journey that took us through Cheyenne that day. We also toured the depot museum which was still being put back together after CFD and enjoyed the interpretive exhibits there. It was a pleasant break on our safe and pleasurable trip across Wyoming.

#4004 was the first Big Boy I ever saw as a child. On a road trip from Iowa to Utah in about 1977 we pulled into Cheyenne about midnight and suddenly there was the biggest, blackest steam locomotive I'd ever seen. Glad to see it being kept in nice shape!
