Repost, but with new text.
Loma Linda, California Eastbound, just B4 San Timeteo Canyon.
It was pretty darn cold and windy just B4 sunrise that morning, with nobody around.
I had a t-shirt, my outer shirt, and a hood on.
The wind settled down just B4 the 4014 passed by, and it got warm pretty darn fast, had to toss the hoodie, indescreetly strip off my inner t-shirt to cool down, and find a place to go piddle under a bridge, while at the same time watching out for homeless people who were living up and down the drainage channel/ river bed there.

By the the time everyone else showed up and 4014 passed by, it was pretty darn warm.
90+ degrees afterwards in Palm Springs later on.

I was pretty jealous of all the TO members who caught and posted 4014 in cold weather operations before and after this date, those were some amazing shots and sounds of her.

Anyway, this was worth taking a day off work, and not only my first digital video recording of UP Steam, but also my first UP Steam chase since the early 1990's VHS days.
