Author: ChrisCampi It's early Saturday morning in Brightside yard on the Niles Canyon Railway and there's alot going on. The track crew was out early for the east end build, the first of three Roadway protection courses was soon to start and the Skookum was backing her train out of the engine house lead to begin her day earning funds for the SP1744 restoration project.

I wonder if having the second set of cylinders significantly increases the required maintenance? It has a complicated look to it...which is part of what makes it so cool. Thanks for the video!
