Switcher appears to be the SP 1269 which ended up on display in a park in Richmond, CA. Later removed, rebuilt and placed in service by the Pacific Locomotive Association. Present whereabouts and condition unknown to me.

The 1269 is stored out of service at the Niles Canyon Railway.

Not really.  The 0-6-0 is on the tracks of the SP's Oakland Pier.  The Albers tracks - there were only two or three of them - would be beyond the automobiles in the background.
