2 - Domes Colorado Eagle and Dome coach Challenger were on the train. Bags on tables were breakfast 🍳. No wait staff these days. 3 - Star Wars storm troopers met the UP Museum Special at Greeley, Colorado, during the 45-minute maintenance service stop. Edited 1 time(s). 7 - Bathroom under Challenger dome was always clean - well maintained. 8 - Steve (right) from Florida said the trip was well worth his ticket. Dial back the power settings and you could probably use them as a light source for night shots or really cloudy days. I have always wanted to ride in one of those cars. Nice to see the Empire taking an interest in the Big Boy. Thanks again, looks like an interesting and fun trip.

We had several people headed to Chicago for a big Star Wars convention several years ago. It occurred to me that it would be hillarious if they broke out the storm trooper gear and marched the conductor (me) through the train at blaster point. Didn't do it, though....
