What a beauty. I'd love to see this engine operate, but I never find out about it until I already have plans.

I'm hoping to be able to afford both trips. But if I have to choose, it will be January! Anything to get out of the midwest to FL!! :)

$400 for three days is pretty reasonable. I did the Trains trip back in January, and it was great. Getting ready to negotiate with the Household CEO about this one. Thanks for the link.

Yes I was very surprised they weren't charging more for January.

According to the last email from their trainmaster this weekends trips are still on. The hard part? Getting a flight! MCO is closed until Friday pending inspections. MIA has flights but again, I'm sure they are the same as Orlando. I tried booking a one way car rental (I work there), and none of the major brands were doing one ways to Florida except Hertz which wanted about $800 for a standard car. Looks like this will be a no go for me. I hope the hurricane doesn't harm the railroad and people are able to enjoy their weekend.
