Date: 01/19/23 13:17 Re: Bill Gwinn Photos (2) - NYC 5363 Author: nycman Wow, an actual NYCS Hudson. It really doesn't look bad considering how long it has been out in service. Bob, do you have any more of those?

I'm just picking a couple at a time, but if there are good photos, I'll try to post them.

."..... ..out in service..." Is NOT the same as 'out of service'... It could be better... But, to me, both the pictures show its as being LIVE.... They're handsome engines, but my favorite is the J3s, W. Date: 01/19/23 19:01 Re: Bill Gwinn Photos (2) - NYC 5363 Author: wabash2800 Sorry, I missed that. I read "out of service". I am getting old too.

Sam Date: 01/19/23 22:19 Re: Bill Gwinn Photos (2) - NYC 5363 Author: wabash2800 Fortunately, it wasn't needed very often.

I'm old too. I should have included that that engine was built in 1930 or 31, so by 1955 it had been in service for 25 or 26 years and the Hudsons accumulated big monthly mileage in service.
