I heard about 400 5th to 7th grade school children toured 3751 and various passenger cars Oct 27-29 in San Pedro as ocean liners and old Red Cars with tourists drifted by. News articles brought the public out Oct 30 and 31. This was an SBRHS Educational Outreach Program Effort. The Pacific Harbor Line was very helpful I hear. Add them to list of lines where 3751 has operated; PHL, BNSF, Amtrak, Metrolink, UP, exSP, exSanta Fe, California Steel, Arizona & California, Grand Canyon. No diesels were in the consist this trip.

Thats correct I saw kids having agreat time. Starting with 3 classes of kids waiting while she backed down the track on wensday.
