Another couple shots of the Tex-Mex Express that the railroad operated between Corpus Christi and Laredo between Jan 1986 and the summer of 1989. This was one of the early trains when the Tex Mex leased a few private cars to add to the consist. GP38-2 867 leads and was less than a year old at the time.
