C&O Vanderbilt Tender Drawings

I have a friend looking to scratchbuild a C&O Vanderbilt long tender in 1:29 or 1:32 scale and needs to know what the real tender's dimensions are. I have looked on the web but could not find anything. If anyone knows where I can get technical drawings or if there is a book that lists dimensions that'd be great.
