Nostalgia & History > question on the Cape Fear Ry

I was thinking of actually filing some slides, this one from 21 years ago, and realized I don't recall ever seeing any equipment fully painted in Cape Fear Ry colors and lettering. This view is from Brunswick, MD, on what seems to be a military train. I know the Cape Fear is, or was, associated with a military base. Do they still have these cabs, and any other lettered rolling stock? There is an outline of the state with a star for their location on near end.
The first cab is CFR 904009, can't see the number on the second.
