This picture was taken approximately the late 1920's in Gordon, Tx about 60 miles west of Ft Worth on the Texas & Pacific. Note the lettering on the box cars.

The Boxcars in front are neat but the Fall Flat Beer box in back is awesome. Thanks for posting this.

Eaton & Blewett's store was located on W. Crockett St.
where Stowe Ford is presently located.

That looks like a buggy in the garage or barn….I believe it's older than 1920…..

I first thought the picture was made in the teens but looking at the length of the cars it seemed to me to be in the 20's. That is why I said 1920's.

According to Wiki, at one time Gordon, TX
had 3 cotton gins.
