NE Ohio - 05/30/1968 - Part 4
Author: refarkas

These are the last two images from my roll of black and white negatives taken on May 30, 1968. I rarely find an envelope with images from only one day, but these four parts give a typical railfan experience in NE Ohio in 1968. On another day it might be all B&O or EL or both, but this was how I railfanned on May 30, 1968.
Image one: N&W 2496 passes a Kent industry.
Image two: N&W 2496 and train pass the ex-NKP station in Kent.

Nice! I knew you'd been taking photos for a while, Bob, but I must admit your thread really threw me...!!  :)

Thanks. I started taking railroad photos in December 1966 when I received a Minoltina (Made by Minolta) 35mm rangefinder. After my dad saw I would be careful, he loaned me his Mamiya C-3 twin-lens reflex 120 roll film camera (These images came from it.), and the rest is history.
