E unit Friday - BN Commuter Es

Almost a quarter century ago, a pair of BN Es hustles a westbound dinky beneath the signal bridge on the East End (a/k/a 'Racetrack') between Lisle and Naperville, IL on Oct. 7, 1991.  Fast forward a year, and these gorgeous ladies were forever quieted by newer power.

I recall the joy I had in 1988 going to Naperville to photograph the BN E- units and to listen to them roar out of the station.
