Interesting video on several counts.  First, a proper punctuation on the train.  
Second, the second section!  

Yes, they look to be empties.  The also look to be sulphur cars.  If the latter,
this is an odd move as it's clearly westbound.

it kills me to see non dynamic units in the mountains ... and yeah i understand the water level route thing ...
