1. MP 4648 and 2255 and UP 162 at Kingsville, TX on March 9, 1987.  MP 4648 was a B232-7, built 12/79, became UP 148, and retired 11/04.  MP 2255 was built 10/76 as CRI&P.  UP 162, a B23-7, was built 6/80 as MP 4662.

2. MP 2315 was a GP38-2, built 2/81, and became UP 2315.  I took this in Los Angeles on October 21, 1992.

3. MP 3183 and 3036 near Altmont, IL on C&EI track on September 1, 1977.  They were a SD40-2 built 3/75 and a SD40 built 2/69.

Enjoy,
Marty Bernard

I think the top image is supposed to be 1988? The Rock didn't cede those units until shutdown, so it is unlikely 1978.

Love that third shot Marty.  Long live those "Screaming Eagles."  Thanks for sharing.
