Nostalgia & History > An Amtrak Hiawatha Service Train in 1989Date: 07/25/16 23:54 An Amtrak Hiawatha Service Train in 1989 Author: MartyBernard AMTK 196, a GP40H, with Train 335 to Milwaukee at Western Ave., Chicago, IL on August 21, 1989. Tower A-2 is behind the unit in Photo 3. The train is coming up the Milwaukee Road (CMStP&P) from Union Station, turning right and crossing through the diamonds with the Chicago & North Western, and will continue on the Milwaukee north to Milwaukee, WI.
