Got this out of the way early today.  I realize that most of these are going to be shortlines and some industrials which helps explain why they never got properly filed.  These first three are all by Louis Marre.

Easy to tell the heritage of the Great Miami unit. Original Nickel Plate with the nose headlight, lack of dynamic brakes and the bell cut into the nose.

Picture 3 might actually be in Jeffersonville OH at the Landmark elevator spur with the unit on the former DT&I mainline. Neither my friend who worked at I & O at the time nor I can remember exactly when I & O too over that line from Grand Trunk Western. This slide would have to be very early on from what we could remember though.

The Great Miami and Scioto River Railroad, the tracks it is on and the paper mill it served are all gone now. Hamilton Ohio is still hanging on...

You are absolutely correct and in double-checking the slide it clearly says Ohio.  Thanks for the correction and I have corrected the original posting.

Still in service today as Cincinnati Railway (CRC) 902.  Was re-wired by Silcott from Columbus OH and an ex-GM&S employee.

The Pyle Gyralite has been replaced, headlight re-located to low nose and runs every Saturday evening on the Cincinnati Dinner Train
