For me, it's an interesting subject on a nice day in a nice place. But I can't see anything.
Most photos used 1000 pixels as their largest dimension. This one shows somewhere around 600. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/26/17 14:44 by TCnR. Date: 05/26/17 14:53 Re: BN local on Washington Author: hoggerdoug TCnR Wrote:

Well gee, I find the photo interesting, at least the poster tried. Too bad if it is not up to your standards. Doug Date: 05/26/17 16:24 Re: BN local on Washington Author: DeadheadFRED Will take a guess and say the picture is the San Poil Local just south of the border heading back to Kettle Falls.

Chris Date: 05/26/17 17:52 Re: BN local on Washington Author: TCnR That's a great place to visit. The Columbia looks very grand in that area, there were a number of nice looking camping areas along there. I did manage to catch a train just before the border, I haven't touched any of those slides in a long time.
Thanks for info and also the really small image. + The 'standard' most everybody on TO is using is 1000 pixels. Getting less than that takes a bit of work. TCnR, I'm assuming you're referring to 1000 pixels in the horizontal measurement, which is greater than allowed per the website posting instructions found in the "Guidelines" heading: "... no more than 900 pixels horizontal, or 1200 pixels vertical as the largest size dimension." IIRC, the maximum was 800 pixels horizontal in the not too distant past. |
