Obviously in Southern Pacific territory, this RR business car looks to be from the XXXXX and West Virginia. I always thought it was at Third and Townsend, but maybe not. Anyone help?

The letterboard reads PITTSBURGH & WEST VIRGINIA, and the car #300 would make it the WESTMORELAND; judging by the vehicles, I would think it's the real deal. Can't help with location...

At first I also thought it was Third & Townsend, however, I don't recall the Track platform having so much elevation on one side.
