Pentrex used to offer several MK videos from their (MK) RR related projects including the "Railroading with the Rio Grande" referenced in that 2nd link about the new Potash branch. It's a fascinating video, as are all of the MK videos I have been able to see.
FYI, Pentrex used to offer a video as a free gift during their annual sales before and/or after Christmas back in the late 1990's where you got to choose one free plain packaged (black cardboard box) box video from a list of 25, for each regular full priced video you purchased from their 200+ offered in their catalog. Six of the 25 were MK RR construction videos including the DRGW Potash branch in the early 60's (RR'g with the Rio Grande), the SP's Salt Lake / Lucin Cutoff replacement/fill in the late 1950's (Mariners in Hard Hats), the UP's new Harriman Cuttoff in 1952 or 53, The Santa Fe's Phoenix cut off in the early 60's (A New Way for the Santa Fe), the SP's NWP rebuild along the Eel river after the massive Christmas week floods in 1962 or 63 (177 Days), and a video about RR construction down along the Amazon in Brazil. I got all but the Brazil one on VHS and was later able to get 2 or three of them on DVD. They are all fascinating and worth getting if you can.
