Great video. What town is it near; does not show up on Google Maps.

Vickers is inside of Northwood and the town of Walbridge is about a mile to the south. It's just west of Exit 6 on I-280 off of Wales Rd. The crossings are all gone in place of overpasses, but the roads still go straight up to the tracks. It's still a very popular railfan location and I've been there many times myself.

When I was in college at Toledo I loved going to Vickers to watch trains and do homework at the same time. Normally I'd park at that one building which is (was?) a mechanic shop and only once did they ask me to leave. If I parked over by the CSX tracks in the open area sometimes the cops would come by to check on me but after running my license they always left me alone. Haven't been back since the overpasses have been in though.

The auto shop is still there and I've never had a problem with them (probably because I'm parking at the end of the dead end road), outside of the fact that they don't let people use their restrooms.

Hah! When I was in college at Bowling Green I'd stop by there sometimes as well!

That shot of the CR 80MAC is great! Honestly, those were some of the coolest late-model EMD's to come out.
