Nostalgia & History > Power variety @ Pasco 1972

The date was July 1, 1972 and I was in Pasco, WA while traveling around the Northwest helping boost Kodak stock. BN F45 #6643 (built 4/71?) looked pretty clean so I took a roster shot. However, as often happens, when I got the slides back I realized that the other 2 units contribute to the shot, showing what an interesting time it was there with an NP painted F unit is lurking in the background as well as BN Alco C425 #4265 (x-SP&S #327).

I do believe the boxy shape of the F45 lends itself nicely to BN's Cascade Green & Black scheme...

Think the 4265 was totaled in 1974. (but not sure)
