Middle...Bethlehem Pa. on former Lehigh Valley main 1978 bottom... East end of Conway Yard,1977 Personally, I found the Reading to be one of the most fascinating railroads I ever photographed. For its relatively compact size it had solid traffic flow, coal, commuters, at points, multi track mainline, large facilities, scenery, great mix of power, friendly people, and around Reading Pa., one of the most interesting sets of routing trains I ever saw. Trying to figure out who was going where pre radio was always a challenge.
