Every spring the wildflowers bloom for a short period as MKT GP40 220 leads a westbound along I-10 between Houston and Katy,Tx.

It appears the train has Georgetown rock gondolas in it. You would be amazed at the amount of rock brought to Houston by train every week.

Wonderful wildflowers and Texas theme.
Every rock in Houston has been hauled in by rail, road, or barge as there is no bedrock near the surface.

That is a superb photo. I grew up in Dallas a Katy fan, live now in Tyler.
I never took to the Deere scheme, but that is a great shot nonetheless.
