A couple of B/W's from the 80's
Was going through some old B/W's and came across these two photos that I wanted to share. The first one was from the one and only time I was at Princeton (NJ) to photograph what trains happened to pass by while I was there. A CR light power move was one of the only moves I saw for the relatively short time I was there. Regarding that second photo, it was taken at Harpers Ferry, WVA, a place that I have visited numerous times and have never grown tired of. A telephoto lense helps to give more emphasis to the curve as this eastbound freight is about to traverse the 1,376 foot bridge that spans the Potomac River on June 20, 1987.

Fantastic. I really love that second one. That has that magic quality of motion in it plus you can see the crew.
