On an excursion through Brunswick ---

(1-3) B&O marked RDC units, GP9 6443 and a small boarded up station among the sights.

(4-5) Closer to the roundhouse were these ex-B&O, C&O light and heavyweight cars used in commuter service to DC.
A B&O crane was here.

(6) A little blurry on the other side of the roundhouse at the turntable.

Your photos phovide an excellent documentary view into B&O's Brunswick property in 1979, a great year.
The depot, unfortunately has been bosrded.  Roundhouse is a classic structure. 
The RDC's add a real bright spot.  The coaches are an eclectic collection.
B&O #6607 is probably utilized for commuter service.
Thank for a photo post brimming with interest.

Everything gone now except for the non-operable turntable and WB tower, which will hopefully be moved someday.

Here are some details from those photos:  The coaches in the photo, three of them belonged to Railroad Passenger Cars, Inc. (RRP) a Baltimore Group that was at the time leasing them to the State of Maryland for the Maryland Commuter Trains on the B&O.  The first is RRP 6601 coach, the next is a C&O 1600 series coach owned by the Chessie System, the next is ex-B&O former "Cincinnatian" coach RRP 3505, and the next is RRP coach #5256 a former Seaboard coach that was originally a C&O coach.  The 6607 locomotive is a GP-9 passenger unit that today rests in the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore as when it came to the museum it was operable, but now just sits in the yard collecting rust.  The reason why two of the RRP coaches are in the Chessie System colors is because those cars were used in the Chessie System Steam Trains, either the Chessie Steam Special or the Chessie Steam Safety Express Trains.

Here's 6607, restored to its original B&O Passenger scheme, in service at the B&O Railroad Museum, July 1998.

Thanks for posting these pictures of Brunswick 41 years ago.  That smal station on #2 Main burned down later that year.  Gerry

Lots of great detail in these photos, thanks for sharing them.

The area where the Audi (Fox?) was parked is now part of an enormous paved and striped parking field. Which was about 3/4 filled when I visited last year.  Lots of growth in the far western suburbs and eastern WV
