EL 1007 and 1028 are next to the no-longer-in-use EL passenger station in Akron, Ohio in September 1972.

The Akron Tower Motor Inn and the IBM building - forgot about those.

Great photo location.  Cityscape was a great background for photo subject, the ALCO RS-3's.
Thanks for an excellent photo post that conveys the feeling of the early 1970's.
