Its pouring rain on the BNSF at the west end of Collier

One of those days when you don't go out, but the scanner is talking that a meet between a EB and a WB is meeting at west Collier....The train on the right is in the hole while the train on the left is holding the main, Its Feb 2014, but a NS unit has wandered west and is working back east, it is pouring, but some times its worth the effort....

Nice rain shot enhanced by the fact that it was taken in California.  24 years ago I moved to Southern Nevada from the northeast and quickly realized that any rain in the west is a good thing unless it produces dangerous flash floods.  There are only about 350 other days during the year to photograph trains in sunshine!
