This is Norfolk Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad's high hood GP38-2 5010 completing a transfer run in Norfolk, VA on March 13, 2013. She was ex-NS 5010 and nee Southern 5010. And now painted back to NS Livery. Note the long caboose (N&W 518636) with the cupola slightly off center..The NPBL is a Class III railroad operating in southeastern Virginia.
