I have come upon a large group of slides from unknown photographers.

1. Alaska RR GP40-2 3010 on July 2, 1976

2. ATSF GP7 2711 in Salina, KS in August 1975

3. ATSF GP39-2 3607 with an  Amtrak in Temple in August 1975

Mr Porreca is alive and well and posts as valmont.

Marty .... I'm not 'the late' .... have no clue where that came from ... and as far as I can tell the one that could be mine is BN 9942, but I don't recognize the other pictures .... perhaps you could correct the post?
I've been posting under the name 'valmont' for many years

That Amtrak shot looks like the Inter-American.  Given the white hats and mechanics there I am guessing the Es are crippled and need a helper.
