Nostalgia & History > A Saturday In Palisade Canyon Nevada 9-18-1993 Pt. 1Date: 02/16/21 22:49 A Saturday In Palisade Canyon Nevada 9-18-1993 Pt. 1 Author: RailRat On a day off, I drove the long but fast 3 hour drive down from Twin Falls, Idaho to meet my railfan friend Rick Reed, In Palisade Canyon,Nevada, to see what trains we would see and video.....We were not dissapointed!
This is only part one of several parts of video I will share here, because back then, there so many SP and UP East and West bounds that day, but based on previous experience, I knew it would be worth asking the wife for a day out with the boys would be worth it! Train 1 is Eastbound Train 2,3 and 4 is Westbound Stay tuned, more to come. Jim Baker Riverside, CA Edited 3 time(s). Last edit at 02/23/21 20:50 by RailRat. It was on a spur going to a freight transfer with the WP. E&P was abandoned 1938 I believe.
