Nostalgia & History > SPH&TS “Trainline”Date: 04/21/21 17:02 SPH&TS “Trainline” Author: 4451Puff Have any subscribers to "SP Trainline" received their Spring 2021 issue, #147 yet? It usually shows up in my mail within a day or two of the first day of its respective season of issue. TIA.

I ship hundreds of small packages each year, and most of them get where they are going in 2-3 days. Once in a while, something might get waylaid, but I've never seen anyhting not show up at all. Perhaps I am just lucky? TJY Date: 04/21/21 18:41 Re: SPH&TS “Trainline” Author: UP951West I got mine last week.

I use USPS for many eBay shipments weekly and very rarely have any delays or problems. For the volume they handle they do a good job. Date: 04/21/21 20:07 Re: SPH&TS “Trainline” Author: kilroydiver The Spring Trainline issues were mailed from the printer on March 31, and I received my copy a few days later. USPS miraculously didn't hold them for weeks on end like they did with the winter issue. So any delays with the latest issue getting to members are with the USPS.
Dave Date: 04/21/21 20:31 Re: SPH&TS “Trainline” Author: mococomike Mine showed up today while someone I know across town got theirs 2 weeks ago. Have patience. They misspelled my last name on the back page and it should be Papago Butte not bluffs.

Of course its not true, every day, every city, every person is different.. Some area's do seem to have slow downs. Hay I got slowed down today in a an checkout t stand, so I should post, do not go to that stand, store or City. Date: 04/21/21 22:45 Re: SPH&TS “Trainline” Author: cewherry Mine arrived today---along with a solicitation to apply for 'City Carrier Assistants' from the Phoenix, AZ USPS at

Date: 04/22/21 13:02 Re: SPH&TS “Trainline” Author: spsunset Last week for me. Be Patient .They explain delay in newsletter that accompanies ,not all postal service .
Date: 04/23/21 19:48 Re: SPH&TS “Trainline” Author: kilroydiver Please reread your newsletter, the society president points out how the postal service delayed the winter issue. The entire lot of Trainline issues gets sent from the printers in Indians and from there they get distributed throughout the postal system to members. Some areas get delivered faster than others, it all depends on the service provided by USPS.
