Didn't see a lot of these, but here is a couple I did manage to catch.

1. 191 & 242 eastbound at Maricopa 12/20/1995.
2. 376 at Mojave, CA 4/20/1997.

The SP wasn't so mighty it's last couple of decades. And it was mostly self-inflected too.
