I don't remember where in Atlanta this was taken.
A possible L&N switcher in the background.

yeah, 2725 would be a U23B

that photo I believe is taken from a road bridge just south(east) of the main Tilford yards. The unit is headed southeast toward downtown. The track you see goin off to the right in the opposite direction the train is headed is the "slide" northbound approach track into the receiving yards.
