Any ideas what this EB UP manifest is doing at the Santa Fe depot in Lawrence, Kansas in this September '77 photo. It's obviously detouring, but why?

Yeah, but this not why they detoured. A WB UP manifest at Eudora, Kansas, September '77.
Hey, how 'bout that cantilever. They are disappearing fast like the signal bridge.
