New power on The Canadian?
Author: Train611

Hello,

Here is an image that may (or may not) be representative of things to come.

Engine WCE 901 leads The Canadian through the wash rack on 10/22 in Vancouver BC.

Have a good day out there!

I know you guys are in a different time zone out there, but I didn't think you were across the International Date Line too.

It's still only October 21st here in Halifax! :)

On Oct.10/95 I shot that engine brand new on the Canadian at Washago, ON. It was between the two regular F40's on it's way west for delivery. Hard to believe it is that old already.

You should have seen F59PHis been tested in London without the fibreglass(?) wraparound nose piece installed - there's a bunch of angular sheet metal planes welded together under there. It always reminded me vaguely of the F-117 stealth fighter.
