Canadian Railroads > Recent Freight and Passenger Trains on the Squamish Sub.

1. RMR 8013 north at Furry Creek. This is the train that runs from North Vancouver to Whistler and back five days a week.
2. On a different day, CN train 546 heads south after meeting the RMR 8013 north here at Brunswick.
3. Train 571 heads north at Tisdall.

Loleta, my gal and I are staying at Whistler, in the Village at the Mountainside.
Yesterday we were bike riding near Alta lake by the resort that says it's the
train station. Where does the train turn, or do they just swap the power to the
other end? We didn't make it inside the station, so could you give me some idea
when the RM will arrive and depart? And I want to add how beautiful the whole area
is and how gracious the locals are as well. I've only passed thru here once on the
Prospector, and that was back in 2001 when things looked so different when we
passed by the town at 35Mph!
