Canadian Railroads > Neptune at NightDate: 11/25/15 20:20 Neptune at Night Author: loleta Here's one of Neptune Terminal's cow and calf gensets, 805 and 805A, slowly unloading a string of potash cars in North Vancouver this evening. While not as cool as the ex-SP Alcos Neptune used to have, these units are still pretty unique.

Here's a link to a picture taken by our own Mr Carlson http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=2845763 Date: 11/29/15 09:11 Re: Neptune at Night Author: SP4360 A calf has a prime mover, a slug does not. I don't see any stacks or vents indicating any type of power plant on the slug.
