Throwback Thursday - CN 711
Author: Mberry

CN 711 is departing Turcot West after a crew change with CN 2117 and CP 9556 in May 2014 in Montreal. CN 711 was an empty oil train running from Joffre Yard near Quebec City to interchange with BNSF near Chicago. It has not run since the spring of 2015.

A marvelous photo! I love the composition, with the foliage doing a perfect job of separating the rails and train from the urban background. U-Haul sure seems appropriate, and the power mix is great. Nice post.
