The New Glasgow Station in the '70s. That e/b #18 a.k.a. The Cabot to Sydney.....and roughly the same view today.

At least the line through New Glasgow.....now Genesee & Wyoming’s CB&CNS Rwy still has service. East of Port Hawkesbury to Sydney is all but abandoned.

Looks like the US is not alone when it comes to losing lots of old railroad sights and trackage.
