Most of us look at all discussion groups we don't need to be pre-warned in another- just saying !!!!! Mike Bannon St Catharines, ON Date: 04/20/19 04:42 Re: I Posted 10 Photos Taken at Dorval in 1985 Author: railsmith algoma11 Wrote:

Personally, I like Marty's suggestions as I could miss them. Regardless, we owe Marty a big Thank You for whereever he posts the photo collections.

I agree with Mike. If you don't have the time/interest to look at other forums, that is up to you. I find these cross-post ads to be somewhat of a nuisance. Ignore those other guys! I always enjoy your heads up about this stuff.. They are just jealous of the stuff you post...because it is so good... Just saying... :):):) They seem to have and axe to grind... :(:(:( I just ignore them... All the best Marty!!! :):):) I MartyBernard Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > 2 posts over in Nostalgia and History. > > https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?11 > ,4775842 > https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?11 > ,4775808 > > Marty Bernard Date: 04/21/19 03:52 Re: I Posted 10 Photos Taken at Dorval in 1985 Author: algoma11 Theres no axe to grind and you brought up the jealousy aspect.
All Will and I are saying is post in the correct forum don't clog up things with redirects. You don't find books in the history section of the library directing you to the english reading section If Gaspeamtrak misses things in other forums thats his fault for not making full use of T.O. Nuff said ! Mike Bannon St Catharines, ON Date: 04/21/19 05:10 Re: I Posted 10 Photos Taken at Dorval in 1985 Author: ghCBNS algoma11 Wrote:

When you see a post by Marty why don’t you just skip over it as it doesn’t appear you have much interest….and let the rest of us who do….. enjoy. Yup....Nuff said! I do enjoy Marty's posts that contain photos. When I click on one that is a redirect .... and sometimes a redirect to something I have already seen, it is a PITA!! Will MacKenzie Dundas, ON Date: 04/21/19 18:19 Re: I Posted 10 Photos Taken at Dorval in 1985 Author: algoma11 Your missing the point ghCBNS. I agree the photos are interesting but I look at them in the correct forum then when I go to the Canadian board I'm directed back where i've been.
Post your items in one forum only is the point. Mike Bannon St Catharines, ON Date: 04/22/19 01:54 Re: I Posted 10 Photos Taken at Dorval in 1985 Author: ghCBNS algoma11 Wrote:

Seems you’ve always had a problem with Marty’s posts! https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?15,4307654,4307975#msg-4307975 So as I said above when you and Will see his name.....just skip over and let the rest of us enjoy! Date: 04/22/19 05:03 Re: I Posted 10 Photos Taken at Dorval in 1985 Author: algoma11 Can you envision what TO would be like if more people starting putting redirects. Back and forth from forum to forum- brother.
The only problem I had previously with Marty was him posting 8 photos , most blurry and asking repeatedly where the photos were taken. Especially after most of us went out of our way to help. I've looked at the recent photos they are interesting but they could be put on the Canadin forum and leave it at that ! Mike Bannon St Catharines, ON |
